General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Hanna Ploier-Niederschick (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Provider’) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) for the provision of graphic design services.

2. service description
The provider offers graphic design services, including print design and digital design. The exact services are described in the offer.

3. conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the customer accepts the provider's written offer. The acceptance must be made in writing.

4. Prices and terms of payment
The prices are based on the hourly rates or project prices specified in the offer. The customer must make a down payment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount is due upon completion of the project and must be transferred to the provider's business account.

5. terms of delivery
The customer undertakes to provide the provider with precise descriptions of the project as well as all wishes and requirements in good time.

6. right of cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the contract if the provider has not implemented services in accordance with the agreed description. In this case, the customer must inform the provider immediately.

7. disclaimer
The provider is only liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent behaviour. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of injury to life, limb or health.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Austrian law shall apply to all disputes arising from this contractual relationship. 

9. final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.

10. changes to the GTC
The provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer will be notified of the changes in writing. The new General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted if the customer does not object in writing within two weeks of receipt of the notification.
